By Susan Audrey, M.A., Dreamwork Guide & Host of The Dreamwork Summit
Are you listening to the messages from your soul? Our first-ever Dreamwork Summit will show you how…
Dreamworkers know there’s so much more to our nighttime dreams — and our waking life — than we first notice…
They know that while you’re sleeping, messages from your soul emerge — as symbols, images, landscapes, and emotions — all in service to your wellbeing, happiness, and creative fulfillment, and that of the greater world.
And if you’re a dreamworker, you know there’s magic that can happen when you look to the wisdom of your dreams to help you navigate your life... heal your body, mind, and spirit... and inspire new possibilities.
We all have the capacity to be a dreamworker…
It just takes a bit of skill — and openness to moments of awe and exciting shifts on your life path — to discover how to unveil and explore these soul-aligned messages and reap their benefits.
And I’m excited to let you know that you can dive right in and start learning about the self-empowering, transformative, and magical practice of dreamwork for free…
You have a front-row seat at a complimentary online event that will feature over two dozen experts in dreamwork and consciousness — The Shift Network’s first-ever Dreamwork Summit, a 4-day journey into dream exploration starting on Tuesday, November 13…
You’ll meet dreamwork teachers, renowned psychology professionals, and inspiring authors from around the globe, sharing a unique variety of dreamwork approaches and ways to open to your inner guidance that can transform your relationship to your dreams — and to yourself — to heal, enliven, and expand your life.
The amazing speaker lineup includes Robert Moss, Jean Shinoda-Bolen, Sandra Ingerman, Lynne McTaggart, Dean Radin, Grandmother Flordemayo, Lorna Byrne, and many more…
There will be fascinating insights and practices for the beginning dreamworker, the seasoned dream explorer, healing practitioners, psychology professionals, and the curious.
I hope you’ll register (it’s free!). When you listen in, you’ll gain insights into how looking to your dreams for guidance can help you discover ways to heal an illness, mend a difficult relationship, jumpstart a creative project, or make a big life decision.
You’ll also discover how your dreams can give you a glimpse into your future — helping you better navigate what lies ahead… and how your dreams can be where deceased loved ones visit you, offering the possibility for healing, forgiveness, and closure.
There will also be tips for how to deal with nightmares... and if you don’t remember your dreams, you’ll gain insights into how to remedy this, too!
I hope you’ll join us… The sharing of a dream is the sharing of one’s soul, and I’m certain you’ll be touched, nourished, and inspired when you listen to the many incredible sessions in this free 4-day event.
And before you delve into the illuminating articles, videos, and other content below, we’d love to hear your answer to the question, What’s the most exciting discovery you’ve made about yourself from a nighttime dream? To share your thoughts in our Facebook Page community, click here.
When the soul wants to experience something, she throws out an image in front of her and steps into it.
— Meister Eckhart
Hi. I'm Susan Audrey, your host for The Shift Network's first ever Dreamwork Summit, a free 4-day online event from November 13 through 16. Dreamwork is actually soul work. At night when we're asleep, our waking egoic mind takes a back seat, and our soul, or some say psyche, is allowed to come forward and brings us these beautiful soul poems, these messages, that tell us more about ourselves in the form of symbols, images, landscapes, and feelings. When we use these images, these clues from our soul to find out more about our life, that's called dreamwork.

Dance was medicine, and nature my deepest container and first witness. As a child, when painful feelings arose around our family dinner table, I’d clear the table, load the dishwasher, and then dart across the street into the alfalfa field. I’d find the clearing at the center of the field and begin to spin and turn, holding the horizon line steady with my eyes as my body whirled. Blue sky, clouds, green leafy corn stalks, sweet alfalfa, and the ground under my feet brought freedom, as family tension drained from my body into the soft, receptive earth. There, I’d dance, turning countless circles, my arms outspread. I felt full of abandon. Little did I know at the time that I was treating my wounded soul with core elements of Authentic Movement, which would become a cornerstone in my life and work.

As we come to understand the symmetry between the outer landscape and the inner wilderness, we can’t help but grieve the ways in which our own nature has been tampered with, denigrated, broken into obedience, and in many cases eradicated from memory. We begin to face the ways in which we are complicit in this slow apocalypse, within and without. Only from such a place of loss and longing can we begin remembering ourselves home.
Around the mid-point of my life, I was awakened by a dream that changed everything. I was embarking on the path that led me to become a dream teacher. I had practical concerns about paying the bills. I asked for a dream to guide me on a business plan. I was not happy with what immediately followed. In my dream, I found myself trying to drive down a street that was clogged by construction, where traffic was hopelessly jammed. I woke from the dream frustrated.
When the glow increased in size or brilliance, the urge to merge into it grew stronger, until my awareness dissolved into the unseen energies behind the manifest world. It was during this time that I began to have experiences of simultaneously lying in bed and walking around downstairs, with my awareness in both places. Three people — two friends and one client — independently told me they had awakened from sleep and seen me standing at the foot of their bed. I remembered lying in bed and simultaneously standing at the foot of one friend’s bed, wondering what I was doing there, while I had no conscious recollection of the other incidents.

Sigmund Freud called dreams the “royal road to the unconscious,” but to bestselling author and world-renowned dream explorer Robert Moss, they are more: portals to the imaginal realm, a higher reality that exists at the intersection of time and eternity. The traveler’s tales in this book are just-so stories in the sense that they spring from direct experience in the many worlds. As you journey from the temple of the Great Goddess at Ephesus to an amazing chance encounter on an airplane, from Dracula country in Transylvania to the astral realm of Luna, you’ll confirm that the doors to the otherworld open from wherever you are. You’ll see what it means to live on a mythic edge and to make a deal with your personal Death for a life extension. At any moment, you may fall, like the author, into the lap of a goddess or the jaws of an archetype.

Many of us struggle to truly live what we believe spiritually. What if closing that gap wasn’t about trying harder, but something quite the opposite? The Way of Grace is a guide to spiritual surrender and nondual realization based on the practice of ego relaxation — a holistic, feminine approach to welcoming all of your experience and responding with compassion and wisdom in a world in need of your unique gifts.
Here is a brief excerpt:
“Perhaps you hunger to finally end the struggle of living from a consciousness of fear and separation. Perhaps you yearn for a saner, wiser, more spiritually elegant way to move through our world. Perhaps you are weary of the dizzying pace of a culture that drives us ever further from our true nature. There is another way: a way of Grace. This book is a hand of friendship to help you come to abide in the living presence that you are and always were."
