Jessica Dibb: Hello. In the 21st century, ancient wisdom, teachings, and breathing practices are meeting contemporary science and research about conscious breathing and new practices that are evolving out of millions of people's experience. And we can now say easily that breathing, conscious breathing is our most powerful nutrient, medicine, healer, friend, and teacher.

And that is why I am delighted to invite you to a 5-day online summit of global breathwork teachers. The Breathwork Summit will be taught by 40 to 50 of the leading researchers, teachers, practitioners, and healers in the field of breathwork.

My name is Jessica Dibb and I am delighted to be hosting this event. I have learned so much from talking to each of these teachers. My own life has been transformed radically by discovering the power of breath.

When each of us were born, you and I and all people, we took that first breath. It's the very first thing that any of us did and the implications of it, the potential of what it could do for our lives could literally be a revolution for human consciousness. It could allow us to live in a state of coherence with ourselves, our bodies, our hearts, our heads, coherence with one another, and coherence and harmony with our environment.

So I hope you will join us as we hear people that have devoted many years and decades of their life to practicing and teaching about breathwork, which is a field of practices, a spectrum that goes all the way from simple breathing techniques that just reset cortisol and get us into a state of relaxation... to techniques that therapeutically respond to physical ailments like asthma, diabetes... to treatments that respond to things like anxiety, panic, and depression... to techniques that resolve trauma… and finally to the techniques like holotropic breathwork, rebirthing, integrative breathwork, therapeutic breathwork, clarity, and so many others that take a person into the deepest part of their psyche and soul, and help them bring all of their gifts and really spiritual awakening to the planet. And I am so delighted to be co-hosting this event with Jim Morningstar.

Jim Morningstar: Jessica, I am equally delighted to co-host this event because during the interviews that we've done with these teachers from around the world, I myself have learned new techniques and have grown tremendously. Each of them shares not only the profound experiences which transformed their lives, but the techniques which they have used with so many people to help heal and transform, and they share these with us on the video.

Breathwork has spread like wildfire throughout the world because in the last five decades, it's a universal language. It's a language that knows no borders, yet inspires each person to discover their own unique gifts to share in the world. So you're invited to explore with us and find the spark which will ignite your next journey of self-discovery. Register for free today.
